I don't have connected any network so how can I make phone calls
My roaming network is not working. I'm an Ncell SIM card user from Nepal, but now I'm in Qatar and my roaming network is not working here.
So, what could I do from here? Do you have any options for it?

Rude customer care representative
I called Ncell customer care about the issue of messaging. That call receiving representative was very impolite and rude.
And also I wasn't satisfied with the help he was providing regarding my problem. I tried to keep myself cool, but he often got more rude, and I felt offensive. I hung up the phone and called again, and it was the same guy who received earlier. Not only that, but I was done with my patience, so I hung up on him.
Again I called to resolve my problem regarding messaging, and after I received information on how to resolve my problem, I asked him how can I file a complaint, but he didn't tell me.
Usually when I call Ncell C.care, the receivers are very polite and humble, but this guy really got on my nerves.
I appeal to whoever it may concern to take a serious action in this matter. Your goodwill is at risk.

Always Slow network no improvement they are just scaming
